Who we are?
We are Tetra Pak, S.A. ("Tetra Pak"), with address at Calle Ramon H. Jurado, Pacific Center Building, Tower A, 28th Floor, Panama, Republic of Panama. We provide packaging material and packaging-related services for a wide variety of food and beverage producers.
In collecting your personal data, we act as a data controller.

Any content you create and then share by uploading it to a website or app, such as photos, videos, personal stories, or other media or similar content.
Any information that is part of your profile on a third-party social network (such as, without limitation, Facebook) and that you allow the third-party social network to share with third-party application developers.
What are the purposes of the processing of personal data?
We collect and use your personal data to enable you to participate in commercial promotional activities such as raffles, sweepstakes, competitions or other similar marketing or promotion campaign run by Tetra Pak (collectively: the "Activity").
We collect and use your personal data to encourage you to participate more actively with Tetra Pak products and services, which involves the collection, use and publication of consumer-generated content. The information will be used after the execution of the actual Activity for retargeting purposes for new Activities and only anonymously in PR campaigns and in Tetra Pak's general media and social media communication.
What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is your consent.
Please note that ultimately, if you choose not to submit the personal data requested of you, you may not be able to effectively participate in the Activities.

During the validity of the Activity called "TAKE A BREAK", the legal entity TETRA PAK, S.A, issues these regulations (hereinafter the "Regulations"), which will be governed by the provisions of the legal system of Jamaica and by the provisions of the following articles:
The activity denominated “TAKE A BREAK” is organized by TETRA PAK, S.A, with tax ID 20178-126-183194, from now on known as the “Organizer”, and will delimit the conditions under which the Activity will be reign. What’s been disclosed here will be a mandatory compliance for the participants and the Organizer. The publication of this Regulation will be done through the website Take a Break from Tetra Pak®.
The Organizer keeps the right to exclude every participant that directly or indirectly has altered, breached, or violated the rules established in this Regulation.
By participating in the Activity, users accept all the dispositions contained in this Regulation unconditionally, including those clauses that limit the responsibility of the Organizer, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
The activity “TAKE A BREAK FROM TETRA PAK®” will be available for limited time, starting February 1st, 2023, and ending December 31st, 2023, for a total of 48 weeks. Nevertheless, the Activity could end in an anticipated way if the Organizer determines it.

The Organizer is responsible for the delivery of the prize, as indicated in these Regulations and in the specific terms and conditions to each dynamic that is executed.
The participants release from liability the Organizer, affiliated entities, and who else may be involved in this Activity, likewise their executives, employees and representatives or agents for any damage that arises directly or indirectly like consequence of their participation in the Activity. The Organizer will not be liable for any damage or loss that may be incurred by the favoured persons because of the use and enjoyment of the prizes awarded through this Activity.
The winners of the prizes will be responsible for the use and enjoyment they give to them. By registering, participants release from liability the Organizer, sponsors, affiliated suppliers, and others involved in this Activity, like wise their executives, employees and representatives or agents for any damage that arises directly or indirectly like consequence of their prizes redemption, or the fact that your identity is made public by the fact of having participated and / or won in the Activity.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Organizer is expressly released from liability for:
The Organizer will not be obliged to award consolation prizes or compensation for these eventualities. The Organizer shall not be obliged to make any other payments or refunds. The Organizer may modify these Regulations when it deems appropriate, to adjust it to the requirements that arise in the beginning and development of the Activity. The Organizer will publish any changes to these Regulations at the time they are made.
As a participant you accept and authorize participating in this Activity the divulgence of your name, voice and image appearing in television programs, printed or in digital publications and any other divulging material which the Organizer desires to release during the Activity or once same is over. This use of the aforementioned shall not imply an obligation of remuneration or compensation to you. Likewise, as participant you waive any claim for image rights and consent to your data being stored in a reference database for the Organizer, in compliance with the Data Protection Act
Nothing in this Activity shall be construed as creating a relationship between the parties other than that arising from normal course of trade. No participant of the Activity, by virtue of being one, acquires the status of employee, representative, or agent of the Organizing company, nor of the sponsors of the Activity. With the fulfilment of the obligations established in this Regulation, the relationship between the parties in its entirety will end.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the Activity temporarily or permanently, without liability on its part, in case of fraud or in cases of technical failures, or any other event beyond its control, which may affect the development of the Activity, such as alterations, imitations, reprints, substitutions or any other irregularity among those who intend to participate. The alteration of documents and information about products, as well as deception, fraud or falsification, unauthorized manipulation that hinder the normal performance of the Activity and actions that in the opinion of the Organizers are illegal and / or may cause damage to the Activity or its Organizers may be prosecuted by the means provided for in the Law, in addition to administrative sanctions by the competent authority, where applicable.
The liability of the Organizer is limited to the provisions of these Regulations. In the advertising of the Activity, the phrase "RESTRICTIONS APPLY" has been recorded, in a sign that the participation of the interested parties, as well as the Activity itself and the prizes, are subject to conditions and limitations. These conditions and limitations are those indicated in this Regulation.
All documents directly related to the Activity will be the property of the Organizer, reserving all rights, including but not limited to those to edit, publish, and use the information contained therein, without the participant having the right to receive any notification or payment.
If it is proven that a person did not provide the correct data or received a prize by deception or even by mistake, the Organizer may demand the return of the prize delivered at any time and reserves the right to take legal action as appropriate.
